We asked to see a bike that has just shipped and still in the shipping stage. Chris escorted us down to the staging area and lets us eye the new horse for our stable. He took the time to look over our trade in and provided a very fair trade estimate. We then contacted Grahmn and set up a time to demo and decided on the purchase.   • "We were 1400 miles from home and I needed a rear tire for my Heritage, as the one I was riding wasn't gonna get me all the way home. Contacted the dealership. Irish in Service said, No Problem We will get you fixed up today. EXACTLY what a rider wants to hear when your on the road and over a thousand miles from your home dealership. Top Notch Irish. With that re-assurance, we decide to check in for another night at the hotel and take in the sights of Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard Street and the sights and Sounds of the Bay area. Picked up the bike later that day and rolled out of the Bay area one happy Harley rider. Thanks Irish"

  • "My name is Greg Macdonald, my Friend Scott Rosenberg and I took a road trip up to San Francisco the weekend after Christmas 2014. Just outside of Monterey my friends battery cable snapped on his 2010 Heritage, we had his bike towed 75 miles to your dealership and were greeted by you excellent staff, they repaired his bike and got us back on the road very quickly. The following day, a Sunday, we were just North of Stinson Beach when my friend picked up a screw in his rear tire and got a flat. I called your dealership and to my amazement your service department was open and you had a mechanic on duty, something I had never seen in my 25yrs of being a Harley owner. Your service writer remembered us from the day prior and assured us he would get back on the road as soon as possible. after another tow to your dealership your mechanic did indeed get us back on the road very quickly, and noticing my friends front tire was a bit worn recommended replacing that as well which he did. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the gentleman that helped us but both your mechanic and service writer were incredibly nice and helpful. Having a dealership with a mechanic on duty on a Sunday was truly a trip saver for us, I want to commend you on your employees and your dealership. Everyone was very nice and had a definite family feel when we walked through your door, and we enjoyed that you encourage your employees to bring their dogs to work, it definitely added to the atmosphere. I would like to thank you for all the help and I look forward to visiting your dealership again in the future, ride safe Greg Macdonald"

I was towed into DP Harley and I rode out a few hours later with a new starter and rear tire.   • "Our group of three recently flew in to SF and rented three 2012 Harley's for our 10 day ride and I just wanted to follow up to let others know what a great job the folks at Dudley Perkins did for us. The professionals (Roy and Larry) in the rental department took care of us from the moment we landed at the airport until they dropped us off for our flight home. We had an incident during the trip with one of the bikes and I have to tell you, without a doubt, that the people at Dudley Perkins will bend over backwards to ensure you are taken care of in a timely fashion.   • "I have been to this dealership several times. Their parts team is top shelf. I have had several occasions where I wasn't sure of the part I needed they were more than happy to take the time to make sure I got the right part and also made sure that I knew how to install it even if it was a simple part. I called the service department and there was an on duty tech to help trouble shoot my problem over the phone. I have had nothing but great experiences with the parts department and service department. I am looking to purchase a touring bike soon and I will not even consider looking anywhere else except at Dudley Perkins. If the buying experience is anything like the rest of my experiences I am sure it will be as smooth as the Electroglide I want to buy. If you want to deal with a great and friendly group of people this is the place to go. They treat everyone the way you would want to be treated."

Got me in touch with a transport. Replaced my tire and upsold me on needed brake pads.   • "Four years ago I bought my 2007 Black Cheery Pearl Road Glide at Dudley Perkins , and it has been a wonderful historical experience being part of a great family such as this one here, from Gram, to Irish all have treated me, my family, and my friends so great, I live in San Jose CA 50 miles south of Frisco, and my #1 mechanic that I only trust is Bruise from Horse Power Express in Campbell CA, he to me is one of the top three masters mechanics in the "HARLEY DAVIDSON WORLD", his advice is gold to me, and I always listen to what he has to say, recently my brother in-law Prim crashed his Harley Road Glide, we asked Bruise if he could look at it, but Bruise was so booked with so many bikes it was to hard to pencil us in, then Bruise, and his wife Sharon recommended Frisco Harley, talk to Irish he'll take care of you, so with Bruise's advice we went to Frico, off the bat Irish handled the situation, his crew took care of my brother in-laws bike, we new it was in good hands, Talk is cheap, but Frisco Harley takes care of there Family, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE Jesse Alvarez"
