  • "On September 27, 2019 I started a ride with a couple of friends touring the west coast of California. About 3 days into the ride I experienced an issue with the rear brakes on my 2012 Electra Glide while on the Pacific Coast Highway. During a 2 day layover in San Francisco I drove to the dealership to see if they could help. From the moment I entered the dealership, all of the staff were terrific. I explained the issue and that I was from Canada currently touring California. Even though they were extremely busy, Todd Gregson Jr., the assistant Service Manager, said that he would look at the bike to see if he could fix the problem. He worked on my bike for the next 2 1/2 hours and was able to correct the issue. I was out by 12:30 and able to spend the rest of the day touring the city. I can't say enough about how he went out of his way to help and make sure that I was able to continue on my tour of the west coast. Please pass on my thanks to Todd and everyone at the dealership for all their help."

  • "John Becker ssf location !! Everyone there was super cool and really making things easy to take home my 2008 street glide. My first Harley and its the best. The Godfather bike is rolling thanks John for all your help in making this happen, and everyone else there at Harley Davidson. I couldn't get my bike to start the day it was delivered, I called John that day late evening and he was ready to put his helmet on and drive 30 miles to help me figure out what the problem was. Thats beyond excellent service !! It was just the battery to the key pod- Thanks John I'm glad I had u helping me. Ive been riding every where I go !!"

  • "I called on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could trouble shoot a cb transmission problem on my 2005 Ultra. They said I should bring the bike in about 3 because their tech was going to lunch. I arrived at 3 but everyone was going to lunch. This delay is the reason for just 4 stars. When they got to trouble shooting, they quickly found that the problem probably was not my bike's cb but my wife's cb. They then began investigating her cb which is not a Harley cb. After a couple setting adjustments, we had some communication again. We continued adjusting settings after we got home and seem to be on the right path. So after a slow start, they got things going in the right direction and did not charge us for the hour the techs worked on the bikes. All in all a pretty darn good outcome for a Saturday visit with no appointment. Big thank you for your work and I feel confident I can trust future work to these folks. By the way we are from out of town but will plan trips to have service done here."

  • "My personal experience at San Francisco H. D. was very a very warm greeting from motorcycle sales person Tom Zimberoff. He is very knowledgeable regarding H. D. motorcycles. Tom was very patient with my indecisiveness between choosing a 2019 Road Glide or the 2019 Ultra Limited. I ended up choosing the Ultra Limited. Tom walked me through the process painlessly. He introduced me to all related departments such as Financing and parts dept. In my opinion Tom went above and beyond in his service with me in all aspects of the process from start to completion.

    The parts dept. was extremely helpful and patient while I was selecting new parts for modification to personalize the bike.

    The Finance person Mike Doland was also very knowledgeable about his role in the process as well.

    The Sales Manager Chris Farney was very Kind and accommodating and very approachable and took the time to be helpful and courteous with all my questions and concerns and intrests.

    Overall it was a great experience and I will likely refer friends and family to San Francisco H.D. for any and all their needs.

  • "July 6th I visited the service department in San Francisco with a broken spring of the side stand of my Ultra Glide. Sammy was very kind and helpful. Within half an hour he had repaired the spring and we were able to resume our tour, without repair costs! Absolutely great, thanks again Sammy."

  • "What else can I say but a fantastic experience. My wife and I have been looking to replace my daily driver for 2 1/2 years. We have an FLHTC for distance trips and my sportster was getting up there in age. Nathan hung in there with us coming in almost ever other week to try and figure it out. Usually we make up our minds quickly but for some reason it took a while. When we decided on a Heritage Softail Classic Nathan and Chris were there to make sure the purchase went smoothly.   • "I walked by the dealer after normal hours, saw shirt that I wanted. We had to continue our tour early the next morning. On the next night(Thursday) I found the shirt on line and ordered it. Saturday we returned home in PA. To my surprise I received the shirt on Tuesday. That really shows that your customers count!"

  • "I just want to say that Chris Perkins made the whole experience in buying a bike AMAZING.... My husband had visited and called around to all of the Harley dealerships in Northern California doing research and trying to get a few questions answered about purchasing a 2015 Road Glide Special. Chris not only answered all of our questions upfront on the phone, but also corresponded via email, being very informative, while everyone else we talked to kept giving us the run around and could never get an upfront answer. On the day that we went to the dealership to meet Chris, the staff was very courteous while we waited the few minutes to meet with Chris. He shook our hands and said "your bike is ready and waiting for you downstairs". There was absolutely no hold up on taking ownership of the bike. The paperwork was an easy process, and everything that he talked to us on the phone about is exactly how it happened. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a bike to go down to Dudley Perkins Harley Davidson. Thanks Chris!!!!"

  • "Major kudos to the service department and in particular, Cornelius, the service writer who handled the work being done on my bike. I am about to embark on my first long road trip and brought in my 2008 Softail Custom to get it road ready. I showed up 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday to pick up my bike and the inner tube in one of the new tires had a leak and needed to be replaced. Instead of being told they were closing for the day, Cornelius recruited one of the mechanics who had already punched out for the day and the guy said he would stay and make the repair. I am sure these guys would have liked to get a start on their weekend but they both stayed well past closing time so I could have my bike for a ride planned on Saturday morning. This is the kind of service that makes me proud to say I am a customer of Dudley Perkins, I didn't buy my bike there, (I bought it pre-owned through a private party), but I am made to feel like I did whether it is in the service, parts or MotorClothes departments. Thanks for a great experience. The way customers are treated at DPCHD has got to be one of the reasons they have been in business for over 100 years. Thanks!"

  • "As a customer all I want is a quality product that can put a smile on my face and at an honest price. I recently purchased a 2015 Dyna street bob custom.. I wanted a bike that I can be proud to ride and be different at the same time. I was referred to a sales rep named Nathan that really made sure I was happy! Went wave above and beyond! I mean he even let me get the rims I wanted. Helped describe my loan to me in a way that ensured me that I was working with a rep that truly had my best interests. No question was stupid and even let me test ride a different bike to show the difference in the feel of the bikes. The shop is really nice and they even have some of the friendliest shop dogs I've ever been around.. All in all I will be recommending this shop to everyone and now thanks to Nathan you have a customer for life!! Thank you .... Simba."
